Highly recommend 21C! I went to them for an engagement ring. They were incredibly helpful and made the whole process easy and fast. I gave them a general idea of how I wanted the ring to look and they came back with around a dozen custom designs for me to choose from and suggest tweaks. They also walked through all the necessary information you need when choosing a diamond and came back with a few beautiful options that met the specs I decided on. Couldn't recommend them more for taking you through the engagement ring buying process from start to finish!

Working with Jamie and Katherine was wonderful start to finish! I was gifted my Grandmother's engagement ring for my wedding and loved it, yet some things needed to be adjusted and my husband and I wanted wedding bands to match. They were able to keep the look and feel of the ring while adapting it just enough so that my beautiful wedding band fit seamlessly next to it. Katherine and Jaime of 21C designs are AMAZING! They took my original wedding ring set and a ring of my mom’s that was too big and definitely not my style and made it into something beautiful and a reflection of both me and my mom. I cannot even describe how much I love the new jewelry. I feel like I’m newly engaged again with the way I show off my rings LOL. They were professional, creative and willing to work with me to make it exactly what I wanted. I came across 21C while at my wedding dress fitting at Angie Lous in Madison. I casually tried on a few rings that day and told Jaime I was hoping to find an eternity band within my budget for my upcoming wedding. I could tell immediately that Jaime was an expert in her field, as she explained the various factors to consider when designing an eternity band so that it would sit perfectly with my engagement ring. She emailed me within a few days with several options (number of stones, metal type etc.) and pricing details for each. At the next meeting we confirmed all final details, measurements, and she and Katherine began work on my ring- it was ready in about 4 weeks and I could not be happier. My band is everything I imagined, and it feels even more special having been designed for me by two Women in business local to CT.

After hearing about my experience, both my Mom and Aunt even decided to take in some of their jewelry for re-design. Needless to say I’m already planning for an Anniversary ring, and I will continue to refer all of my family and friends to 21-C for quality customer service.

I had some small random diamond jewelry and I had my grandmother's (Gabie) engagement ring from the 1920s. I had broken and lost the filigree on one side of the setting so the ring was ruined and no longer wearable. I had been wishing I knew what to do to be able to somehow wear the diamond again. I put my random gold necklaces and earrings and the random diamonds in a ziplock bag and it lay in my jewelry box forever UNTIL I saw an article about 21C Designs in the E List coastal newsletter. I made an appointment and visited Jaime and Katherine in their most unique and beautiful office in downtown Madison. They showed me actual jewelry that they had redesigned in unique styles and I was sold. They created a necklace that "spills" the diamonds and I love it! The remaining piece of filigree from Gabie's engagement ring was added to my existing diamond necklace (not included with the other jewels) by attaching it to the bail. Now I have two brand new necklaces. See attached pics (my photo taking abilities do not do them justice!). Jaime and Katherine are very, very creative, They listen to what you want and then start presenting ideas. I felt very accommodated and heard. I can now pass on my grandmother's diamond to some lucky grand niece. Thank you so much ladies.

From the start, they were extremely flexible, accommodating my schedule by meeting at convenient locations and staying in touch through phone and FaceTime. The communication throughout the process was excellent, and I always felt informed and supported.

I am forever thankful that Katherine and Jaime could leverage diamonds from my grandmother's older jewelry to make the final product that much more meaningful.

They provided a detailed CAD mock-up of the ring, which really helped visualize the final product. The pricing was also very reasonable, making the entire experience stress-free and enjoyable. I'm not even sure where to begin. You should begin with the pictures I posted! I came in with a million ideas, a million stones, and jewelry that I got throughout my life. I wanted a new wedding band and engagement set, I lost my original set 3 years ago and have been wearing a plain old Oregon quarter as a wedding band since. These ladies are amazing at keeping the focus and redirecting my nonsense to help create a stunning, absolutely amazing wedding set. I traded in unloved jewelry that helped offset my costs. They were easy to set appointments with and very accommodating to my schedule.
I used 3 sapphires from my grandmother, one ended up being a different size, and Katherine quickly found me a replacement. I used diamonds, that I lovingly call tears of ex's.The centerpiece is a huge citrine that I was hesitant about, and afraid would be way too overpowering. Jaime and Katherine reassured me that design we would choose would accentuate it and fit my hand and personal style.
Boy, did they deliver! Every picture I took for the next few weeks have my hand in it. Happy wife, happy life.
I can't wait for my next piece from them!
