I was looking for a grading contractor in San Luis Obispo county (Atascadero) and started asking around. 3E Construction was recommended to me, and I was so impressed! I hired 3E Construction for a septic line / utility line replacement, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. The entire process, from booking to completion was smooth and quick.

The quality of work exceeded our expectations. The entire process was seamless, thanks to their professionalism, precision, and attention to detail. They had to work in a very small area, right next to my foundation - an area that was covered with giant decorative rocks/boulders. When everything was dug up, I could really tell Scott knew his stuff. He was able to diagnose the issus, what lead to the problems, and recommend a cost effective way of moving forward. He was honest, trustworthy and kind. They even put the giant rocks back so it looked better than it did before I had to demolish the area!
