Jones irrigation is a place to serve anything irrigation!! Now tires on the other hand… roll of the dice!! They have exceptional customer service, except the fact that when they get tired of dealing with you because of the run-around they’ve caused you, Mr. Jones himself won’t even speak with you!! Great people you’ve got working for you, but don’t be too high and mighty to speak with your customers yourself!!

These people are amazing! Honest, helpful and very knowledgeable. They have a great inventory and service people that want to take care of your pivot, their happy to see you and want to make your Irrigation system right, They offered a winterization program that was impossible to pass up.They sell the best system (Valley) but will service all your brands. The Jones offer a product that you can run your pivot ( Valley or any brand) from your kids game or from your easy chair. I asked how long it would take to get a new pivot up and running and was told a couple weeks. I can't say enough about this business, fond out today it's family owned and the owners WORK there every day.

I do not recommend at all. He came, did part of the work, said he would be back the following day . . . did not return. When I texted to follow up on the additional needed repair, no response. I will never use him again.
