Check in 9.30 my appointment is 12 no have nighttime parking park trucking close to railroad track near Dock and go to walking in yard. There is a sign receiving and shipping.

If you have a pick up on the weekend, be careful because nobody is gonna be working. They want you to sign and scan in paperwork but the scanner doesn't work. Then you gotta look for your trailer at the drop lot a block away and if you don't see it, hopefully your trailer has gps because my trailer wasn't at the drop lot, it was at a completely different company not listed on their instructions. Oh and they give you a metal seal but don't tell you that your trailer might have a plastic one already on it and the instructions don't tell you anything about the plastic seal and hey you might have to wait several hours before anyone knows if you can take that trailer or not. Massive waste of time, horrible incomplete instructions and a clear sign they do not care one bit about us drivers and our time. Oh and my trailer had a flat on it, so the yard dogs might not care about your equipment either.

Really nice people in shopping office. Be sure to have Appt time, not FCFS like other reviews say. You will still have to wait in line but line moves pretty quick. Only one dock for unloading.

Could not find the loaded trailer, yard dog went and found it, brought it right over and really helped save a lot of time . Great people in shipping office too. Always so helpful. Sorry I didn’t catch names or I would shout out to ya. Definately good people here!

Apparently they have started storing trailers on the neighboring lott 610 w nursery rd. No signage in shipping office except the west dyke rd drop lott.

Had to do a review for Rebecca love….as soon as I went inside the shipping and receiving this lady had smiles a great morning attitude was welcoming explained everything with no problems and that made me smile also. I had a drop & hook so it was a smooth in and out. More places need to be like that with great greetings.

Everybody in shipping and receiving is nice
The lady yardog is very unprofessional she yells at you and acts like she knows everything
She complained when I couldn’t get to my trailer in the lot because the trailer to high and I couldn’t get to my landing gear because it was so skinny. She came over and pulled it out for me
But geez be more nicer.
