I’m sure they make good trailers, but their parts support is practically useless. If a part isn’t in stock at a Fontaine dealership, you’ll be stuck with an endless lead time. Their vin records are not shared with the aftermarket.

You can call them all day if you want, no one will answer the phone, i hope someone will change something about it. until then i hope no one will need something from them and it wont go thru the same thing i'm going atm.

I always thought that Fontaine flatbeds were one of the best ones. In 2014 I bought 4 and they are still in great shape but I just bought 3 more 53’ flatbed and they look really bad when they’re loaded they don’t have the bow ( beam is crooked) they look like if they’re going break. The warranty doesn’t cover as soon as you take it out of the dealer. I recommend to try another flatbed model. Do not buy Fontaine flatbeds, warranty does not cover crooked beams

Very good business. Check in was realy nice, officer at the gate was brilliant men, shipping lady was very helpful. I had to pick up 2 53' aluminum side parts for trailer. Loading guys was nice and professional. I'll be back! 🙂

I can't attest to the prices, or anything like that; but the gentleman who helped me with picking up the trailers was awesome. Best part was that he was willing to hold a conversation with me, instead of rush me out the door like a number. I can see why these are the only trailers we pull. Best product from the best people, for the best family of drivers.

For the main part the trailer is well built and handles a load well. There wide load lights are a after thought. Not to mention are so small can hardly see. They are to be 4 " lights not 1 ". And they could have used a extra gallon of paint. My trailer is 3 months old . Most of paint is off side rails and rear of trailer. Very poor paint job.
