No problem with deliveries and billing. I do wish that they topped off the tank a little bit more often so the bill is not so much at the end of the year. For a retired, on a limited income a surprise bill of over 300 dollars is a little hard for me to pay all at once. I could manage smaller bills during the year.

Guys on the Cedarville route stopping at 62147 Hwy 299 are the best!! Always on time & put our trash can back on our property so that we can get it. Also, times when I forget to put out can, they retrieve it anyway. Nice job guys!!

Very convenient. The card reader devices are very easy to operate. It's nice having multiple locations in Northern California and Oregon. Gas prices are very competitive.
The billing process was rather complicated. However, I think it has improved. Making it more clear on. how to use discount.

Ed Staub is so easy to work with. I never have to worry about running out of propane as they are tracking it and get me a refill before I even realize I'm running low. Everyone at the company is a pleasure to work with if I ever need to contact them, which is so rare because they just handle things before I need to think about them. Great company, great service.
