Can't recommend this company highly enough. They have all the replacement parts for our decades old built-in vacuum, in-stock and at reasonable prices. Customer service is exceptional and delivery is quick and free with I think a minimum $75 purchase.

Most recently, I made a mistake and ordered the wrong faceplates for my replacement vac pans. When I called them to see if they had the correct part (I hadn't seen it online), the customer rep I spoke to quickly found and ordered them for me. She said I could discard the two I had mistakenly ordered and they would credit me for the price difference as the ones I needed were a few dollars less. I told her not to credit me, since it was my fault. They really went above and beyond what they needed to do.

The company is in Bakersfield, and they don't outsource customer service. They are very helpful with questions on what you need to order and they have detailed instructions for installation/replacement (both written and video) on their site. And a rarity these days, when you call a real person who knows what they are doing answers, without a lengthy hold.
