Customer service was great, and precise in helping me pinpoint my problem. I wasn't happy that this was the third time I had to by a replacement for my wireless dimmer for my undercabinet lighting. In this case it was just the receiver, but since the second one failed after about a year and a half I would think that I'd get something at no charge. Hopefully this one will last for a good long time. The undercabinet lighting is great and I've had no problems with it since I installed it 6+ years ago.
