Got appointment at 4 checked in they said wait there are 4 trucks ahead of you i said oh ok no problem. Again i go inside 8pm they said again there are 4 trucks ahead of you so i came back to my truck. Got unloaded at 12 am then i checked the trailer there was soil and potatoes approx one pallet they took whole 8 hours to clean that. it took total of 28 hours to complete the delivery time wasted.

Arrived at my initial appointment time, only to find that my appointment had been set to the following day. I wasn't allowed to wait on-site, and had to turn around. Parked at the T/A in Arvin, 30 miles away.

Came back 1.5 hours before my appointment the following day, and was again rejected and told that I would only be allowed to check in 30 minutes before appointment. I saw trucks that were parked overnight, so I have no idea why I wasn't allowed access.

Even after all that, I was still #4 in line to be unloaded. But you can only check in 30 mins before appointment..? I don't see why that condition matters when I waited 5 hours to get a dock (air lift) and then another 3 to be fully unloaded. I spent all day here. I won't come back for any amount of money. Places like this don't deserve business.

In any case, definitely don't come here with a clean truck, as you'll need another wash after leaving. Dirt lot that is a mud pit in damp weather. Make sure to pull on scale when checking in, and call the posted # on the sign. Good luck.

I wish I had read the reviews before I pulled up.I would have had some Zoom Zoom & wam wams 1 pm app. Got here at 12:15, It's 5 pm, and I'm still waiting on a phone call. Looks like a long night ahead with nothing to eat. The microwave on the truck is broken. otherwise, I'd be OK. Good luck to everyone delivering here! Update 1:30am the next day, and I'm just being unloaded. It's a process here. Workers are pleasant, but depending on red or yellow ? you'll be waiting a long time. Rookies. don't forget to turn refer off after you unhook if it's your first time at an airlift dump.

This company used to be dependable for delivering bulk potato loads, but that’s no longer the case. My driver had a confirmed 10 AM appointment on Friday, but when he arrived, they said it was actually at 2 PM and turned him away. This happened even though I confirmed the time with their receiving department two days in advance. Don’t waste your time here unless you plan on sitting around for hours.

In and out within 2 hours mind you I didn’t pick up a load here I delivered but unloading was fast just remember if you read this review to take a picture of your loaded weight. You will also need to take a picture of your empty weight once your unloaded once you do that make a U turn swing wide pay attention to the yellow posts so you won’t hit them. Oh and if your here early you can get unloaded a day early thats a huge plus my appointment was for a Saturday and i showed up around 6:20pm and got unloaded big thank you to the staff for quick work. The ladies in the office real nice and David the person who unloaded me quick and efficient thank you. Also the entrance is off of Malaga about 1/4 mile give or take… hope this helps

Adriana and Cindy helped me so much, fast checking in. There nice and polite, I know waiting is long but it’s not the employees fault. Dirt lot. Plenty of space.

This place staff make me waiting 2 days for 350 cases 2-4 pallets. If you can process order why booking it.

Don’t come here waste of time and money. I am not coming here in future.

Whole area is dirt yard and now my truck-trailer need a wash.
