Forest was very professional and had outstanding customer service. We have a very old home and he was very accommodating to make a Whole-house Fan work in our very unconventional space. He communicated with us as to his available time and if there was a problem he called to reschedule to stay on track. (Which all too often others DO NOT share that courtesy....it means so much & is so simlpe to call or text, just communicate is all that is needed).
We will definitely hire Forest of Donley Construction again if need be.

We had a whole house fan installed. Forest came to the house to look at the project parameters, sent an estimate, and graciously waited for me to investigate competing companies. When I gave him the go ahead, he set up an appointment just a few days out. He came on time and completed the installation in just a couple of hours. He protected the floors and cleaned up all dust and debris, finishing a very professional job. We went over the use manuals and ran through the operation of the controls. We are very happy with the outcome and are pleased to have chosen Donley Construction.

Forest (from Donley Construction) installed a whole-house fan in our home. He was very cordial, professional, friendly, and informative. He was also on-time, which is not always the case with other workers I've hired in the past. The whole-house fan works wonderfully and I highly recommend these. I should also note that Forest took the time to contact me a couple of times to ensure I was happy with the fan he installed and happy with his work, in general.

The whole house fan was installed on time and without a major hitch. It went into my SW facing bedroom w/cathedral ceiling, which traps a lot of heat in our PR summers which is why I had this fan installed. This fan removes the heat so quickly while bringing in the cool night air so that the AC needs are reduced; a big plus. It is heaven for me to feel this cool air flowing over me as a cool balm on a warm night. Go for for it!
