Management is a joke been here for 2 yrs and have yet to see any results of any improvement to work conditions and the company is constantly stating that they are working towards making it better for all employees and yet I had 2 of my crew members pass out due to the extreme heat and management says it's our fault they only brought a us waters and popsicles and refuse to give first or second shift any heat breaks due to it cutting into production time and constantly changing the time schedules up the kast minute and not telling us as stated before management and this company is a joke
