I’ve had a great time with the doctors here but the front desk needs better training on being polite. The woman I spoke to, Marie, was so impatient, was not professional, told me to “hold on” about 20 times without explaining why, and didn’t seem like she knew anything about what I was asking. Please train your front desk staff to be kinder, more polite, and more competent. Thank you

The doctors here are the best, but the office management of how and what they charge for are questionable. The medical group, meaning the doctors really care about you here, but the owner/CEO of this practice cares only about how much she/he can profit, they care little about your health and will nickel and dime you on every request. I do not recommend this place if you do not mind paying for services other doctors do not charge you for.

I see Dr. Shah. She's amazing, very thorough and listens to me. I'm never asked to weigh myself, sit in a gown for routine visits and no wait times. It's very fast and efficient. I always feel taken care of with major anxiety going in she makes me feel comfortable. The front desk people are so nice as well. I'm able to communicate with everyone through my chart and request refills or just ask questions when needed! So convenient

Dr. Jonathan Humphrey has been my family’s doctor since 1996. He has an amazing bedtime manner and is bright and charming.
His staff is equally well informed and is extremely responsive whenever my family is in need. We have been very happy all around with their services provided throughout the years! I wouldn’t think of going anywhere else!

Dr Roberts hash been my Primary Care Physician for @ 40 years. I could never ask for a more dedicated, caring, supportive doctor in this world than he is to me.

He always takes the time to help me with physical concerns. He lessens my fears about health issues. He get on to the bottom of the problem. Using tests or referrals to aide in health concerns.

He’s seen me thought cancer, 2neck surgeries, 3 hand surgeries, gall bladder/hernia surgery. Through Hep C treatments. Through recovery, and every health situation I endured with care and respect.

He’s a family man who is also an awesome photographer. He is a person I have always looked up to and continue to marvel how he treats everyone with that same importance.

He’s a philanthropist who has set up clinics in Africa. I mean that in itself is an amazing feat.

His patience is extremely high because I know I tax him at times. But he always responds with respect for me concerns. That’s not easy. I’m complicated.

But overall I would say he is the BEST DOCTOR I’ve ever had in my entire 68 years of life. He’s a really great man in my eyes. He is selfless and dedicated to his practice and patients.

I thank God everyday I found him and he has been on my health journey ever since.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart Dr Roberts. You are a really great man!

I’ve been seeing Dr. Humphrey for 15 years now and I am so happy I found him years ago! Dr. Humphrey is a great listener, and is very compassionate. I’ve been dealing with a chronic illness the last few years and I recently saw him for my annual. I was feeling very defeated and down and Dr. Humphrey was very positive and lifted my spirits. He makes me feel like it will all be ok and he has many tricks up his sleeve in our quest to bring back my quality of life.

Dr. Humphrey is a incredibly thorough, kind, and grounded when it comes to treating our family. We feel lucky we found him and the other practitioners at this practice.
