Absolutely the best around… always helpful and very informative… quick and reliable. I’ve been coming here for years and the service is always on point. Amazing selection, wide range of services offered and always a pleasant experience. I’ve never had an issue. They work their butts off whether it’s 60 degrees or 110 degrees. They open early and take phone orders. Won’t go anywhere else…

Moose Metal has lost its personal service touch. This place was once the best around. Too bad an old reputation will only get you so far! I came in on a Friday afternoon and needed two simple bends in 1/4” steel that were only 4” wide. Something that in the past was always done immediately or at least the same day. Honestly, 15 minutes or work. I was told “it was too hot out and they were getting ready to wrap it up for the day and that I would have to wait until Monday”. I asked if I could pay more to have it done then because I had to use the metal the following day (Saturday) and without them I would have a hardship and several other issues that would arise from me not being able to get this metal bent and put to use. I was denied with a cold hearted carelessness and disrespect for my life, business, finances, etc. There is not a person in the world that I would deny service to if it meant staying late 15-30 minutes from my normal schedule. Moreover, I wouldn’t even need a reason. That’s how much I pride myself in what I do and how much I care for humanity. Not Moose Metal. Careless, arrogant, selfish and standing on the Wrong side of things is how I rate them. I will never give them business or recommendations again. What a waste!

Everyone was nice at the front desk till I spoke to the owner himself on the phone. He was so rude !!! Acting like he was doing a favor for me!!! How can you own a business and treat customers so bad !!!

I have been coming here for years and have always left extremely satisfied with the customer service and the product that I am purchasing. It's nice to see a great company grow into such a large space, they are busy and growing for a reason. I enjoyed the enthusiasm from Ryan about a small project that I brought up while purchasing some other items.
