My sister and I selected a fridge, thoroughly inspected it, and took photos due to previous concerns about staff removing parts from appliances.

She paid and requested that it be set aside. We were told it would be wrapped and held for shipping.

When it arrived several parts were missing: 1 door shelf, 2 fridge shelves, 1 fridge drawer, and 1 freezer shelf.

We went into the store the same day and informed the staff parts were missing and they said they would order parts.

We bought it on 8/27/2024 and we still have not gotten any parts. We have come into the store 6 times and the manager is always gone. The floor workers never seem to help us. One worker took something out of another appliance in an attempt to help.

This is unacceptable. I paid for something and its missing parts on arrival. This is considered fraud. I have escalated the matter to your corporate office and they tried to push the blame on the delivery or the fact that they are bankrupt and liquidation. I inspected the product and took photos and what arrived was not what I paid for, WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE simply because your company is liquidating.

I want to warn anyone coming to any of these stores, please be careful with their dishonest business practices. Go to best buy or home depot, don't risk it here.

Love this place!!! They have some amazing selection of appliances. These appliances have scratches and nicks, and because of the imperfections they are 50 to 70 percent off. Plus they have five year warranties. Ask for andre, super easy to talk to and answers all your questions.

I got an awesome range for an amazing price. The tiny dings aren't noticeable from where it sits. It's a gas, 5 burner top with 5 oven settings for bake, convection, air fry, pizza & pasta. It's really nice & I love it!
