Last company (360) cancelled me because they didn’t want to support land lines. I called Alarm Relay and they were very helpful from the very start including helping me turn up the alarm system I had to purchase. I highly recommend Alarm Relay!!

Update 1/2020 I’m still using Alarm Relay.
The wireless keypad is slow to respond, sometimes I have to disarm twice. I would recommend the key fob or the app on your phone for arm/disarm. Otherwise I’m happy. I pay for a year in advance to get the discount which totals $13 a month.

Best deal for residential home!
I purchased the Helix system and was able to set it up myself with a little help (phone call) from their technician. The system has been up and running for a few months now with no issues. I'm using the wireless keypad in the house, and the ios app on my iphone.

What I like about Alarm Relay.
The monthly price.
Great customer service, a real person in the USA actually answers the phone.
They always call to check on me when an alarm goes off.
They always answer back when I have tech support questions.

What I don't like about Alarm Relay.
If you want to change anything on your account, add a sensor or change a code you have to call into tech support. I suppose that helps reduce technical problems on their end so overall no big deal.

The IOS app works well, but it displays every option on the home screen. For instance "Thermostat" "Lights" "Garage Door" etc, are displayed yet I don't subscribe to those options. They are "greyed" out but it would be better if I could choose not to display them.

Overall Alarm Relay is the best deal for me. The combination of the response time from their call center and the ability to use my iphone to arm/disarm have been great. I know if there's an emergency they are on my side!
