AWSOME! From the moment I walked through the door.
I was a newbie to mass machined parts and Bob walked me through everything.

After a couple hours of screw machine education I new enough to be dangerous.
I had them quote a couple parts I needed them went out with my newly formed education and had them quoted at a couple other shops.
A week later I was back at Price with a PO for the first 5000 parts.
I really don't have the requirements for millions of parts but if I did I'd be right back there.
