The 5lb block of smoked cheddar arrived with this white substance on each of the six sides. Still "in date", and in original packaging. I've reached out to the company with multiple emails, and phone calls leaving messages, but no response. As it is a hard cheese, I removed the outermost 1". Tasted what was left of the block and it was sour. Very disappointing.

Visited CC during Fourth of July week and rented an air bnb. The hosts had a binder of their recommendations and Rumiano Cheese. Co was one of them. I thought we’d be able to take a tour (the hosts papers said they offered tours ) but they don’t do that anymore .
The inside of this place is very small and its difficult to maneuver when there’s more than 3 people in the store. When you are inside, you will see a bunch of medals from fairs that their cheese has won which was fun to see, you also will get to see through a window of the workers .
Not sure what to get? They have samples of cheese curds waiting for you to try. I believe I ended up going for the cheese curds with garlic. It must have been a popular being it was the second to last one! If you’re a cheese fan like me , then I recommend visiting this place.

We love this place!!!!! The cheese is divine and very reasonably priced and the staff is super friendly and helpful. The smoked gouda is the very best ive ever tasted. Creamy and perfectly smokey. That means alot coming from me as i generally detest anything smoked. This cheese is spot dreamy! Seriously. We will be back again and again.

A must stop when in town. Get cheese right at the factory and if you’re lucky you might get fresh cheese curds made that day. Creamy cheese selections and plenty of picnic or gift options.

Very cool shop lots of goodies and a window to watch the workers very nice customer service and funny thing is I leave here and it was my first time there I will definitely go back
