David Humber contacted me thirty minutes before my appointment verifying 8am would be okay to start. Arrived promptly, introduced himself. Asked questions regarding the service concerns. Immediately started diagnosing equipment, cables in and out of house. Coordinated diagnosing systems on and off my property with Jason Evenson. Through coordinated efforts made repairs/replaced items of concern. David continued to work on system until everything was working as Omar promised me it would. Excellent job by David and Jason, note it was below freezing temperatures and David worked mostly outside for about four hours. Excellent job.

My technician David was very professional, and answered all of my questions thoroughly. He went out of his way to make sure that my modem was upgraded to a more recent model, and then stayed to insure that my internet was completely restored. A wonderful experience with the technical team.

My local technician David is just amazing I’ve had him the last 3 years now. I kinda feel bad that he has to come out due to someone else within the company didn’t do there job properly but he handles each situation with such grace & always resolves the issue at hand. He’s a fantastic diligent technician that optimum is lucky to have and because of David I do recommend Optimum for your internet needs.

Long time customer of over 4 years in good standing. Commercial today saying that new customers get 1gig internet for $50/ month plus a $200.00 gift card. Called customer retention department and spoke to Don. Don politely says (paraphrasing) that optimum doesn't care about new customers getting a better deal than long term customers.

Optimum.net thinks they have a monopoly.
