Have had CCSI do a few jobs now, starting with hardwood floor installation, then a full closet/cabinet build-out, and most recently hanging sound panels from ceiling for an A/V room.

Excellent, detailed work, done without unnecessary delay. Even for my relatively small jobs, Josh has been very responsive to questions, concerns, pricing explanations. Nice to see other reviews say the same thing for bigger projects. CCSI very competitive on pricing, but for me the quality, quickness, and customer service/follow-up give them an edge.

Always good to get multiple bids and do your due diligence as a homeowner. But after three solid jobs, I feel pretty good about hiring CCSI for upcoming projects.

Josh and his crew did an outstanding job in renovating our three bathrooms a number of years ago, and were very responsive when recently we needed them to regrout several of our showers (our fault, not theirs). When we first hired Josh to do our bathrooms, what really sold us was his extremely detailed bid, showing exactly what everything would cost, unlike other bidders who gave us just vague ideas about cost and who wouldn't guarantee that their bids wouldn't increase. Major home renovation projects are very stressful for owners, but Josh and his crew relieved a lot of our stress, kept to the timetable, showed up on schedule, always cleaned up after their work, and their workmanship was excellent on all the bathrooms. We wouldn't even consider any other company for any renovation project. Josh and his crew are the best.

Josh and his amazing team quickly responded to our situation and provided a perfect fix in an unbelievably fast time. The work was flawless and the price was very competitive. We are so happy with the kitchen remodel project we did with Cutler Construction. Josh immediately impressed us with his attention to detail. There were many times during our project where it was clear that Josh is really committed to doing things the right way, rather than rushing through things to call them done.

We also really appreciated Josh’s advice during the design / planning phase. He had a number of great ideas and suggestions to make the kitchen space more usable. The quality of their cabinets and the workmanship is superb. Installation was great and they nailed details like a flush installation of a Wolf induction cooktop. They made custom floating wood shelves and mounted them on counter-to-ceiling marble tiled walls which look amazing. Josh was proactive in coordinating things that we wanted to purchase, like cabinet drawer pulls and the pendant lights.

After installation, the team at Cutler construction reached out to make sure we were happy and that we had not run into any issues. At one point we had a minor electrical issue and he had his electrician at the house the same day to fix the problem - really incredible!

We considered two other contractors for our project and all three were competitive on price. Where Cutler truly stands out is in their integrity and quality of work. We’re already planning another project with Josh and would highly recommend the entire team at Cutler Construction.

I hired to re-due main bathroom, flooring and painting throughout the entire home, and other small touchups when discovered.
