Had to return a power steering pump and they were so helpful in receiving the shipping label and applying it to the box, where it needed to be and taped up my box. Could have lost a pair of glasses if they hadn't found them before sealing the box.
Excellent service and took very little time to get me on my way to FedEx.
And now, today, I was able to order a necessary test on one of my truck's computer modules. I'm sending it to be done but I have to receive a shipping label.
I'm not on a computer so I couldn't receive a shipping label.
I had just paid for the testing service and used the info they gave me yesterday.
I know I should have called them first before I paid for the testing service. I called them and told them I had a label coming and the lady on the phone was friendly and efficient.
An all around, great experience.
Talking and dealing with people can be so nice at times!

Scrapper's Edge printed the most beautiful photos of my family before an important reunion! Having been disappointed before from a local "big box" printer... when I looked at these photos from Scrapper's Edge, I almost started crying from happiness.

Excellent customer service! I was unsure of what I needed to print an item and they were very helpful and got it all set up for me for a very fair price. Cute selection of kids crafts and toys too which my daughter enjoyed!

Everyone I have been in contact with at Scrapper’s Edge is always so helpful, kind, and professional. I have come in multiple times over the years for fingerprinting service. They are very reasonably priced, and you can walk in without needing a prior appointment. They have such a great selection of products, if you need it, chances are they have it! I also really appreciate that they help support other local businesses. I own a local small business that offers some of the same services as Scrappers Edge, we refer business back and forth. This truly sets them apart, and helps build a stronger community. Thank you for being an asset to Humboldt County!

From start to finish, my experience ordering wedding invitations with Scrapper's Edge was phenomenal!
