Be careful with this company! They have some spiffy products, and their staff is generally helpful and kind, however, once you buy something, you can never return it if it has been used in any way. Do your research before you purchase any appliance because once you get it, you’re married to it which is not the case at places like Costco, Target or Best Buy. If you have issues with it later on, you’ll be referred to the manufacturer (you’ll have to do all the work yourself) rather than getting a refund or even an exchange.

I love this store! Rhe quality of their products are always great. I have a difficult time walking out without anything. If you're looking for it for your kitchen, they probably have it. I didn't get a picture, but they had a great line of unique specialty spatulas. Where 30% of profit is going to go to "No Kid Hungry".

As far as customer service here. For the most part the employees have been very friendly. But on occasion we will get people who seem to only tolerate us, even if we're not asking questions.

I've been here 3 times now. Each time, I wear a neon yellow polo shirt or a red polo shirt as a test. Each time, the staff ignores me while asking at least two other people if they needed help. They cannot say they do not see this guy walking around in safety yellow neon or a red shirt.

FAT CHANCE FROM NOW ON I'LL EVER BUY ANYTHING from a William Sonoma Store.

One reason I'll keep coming here is for the research. I get to touch the stuff I want before I jump on Amazon and place my order.

Usually drug in against my will looking for something we don't need. A lot of nice stuff though. Service seems nice and friendly but I feel like I'm wasting their time every time I go in there knowing I'm not going to buy anything. Often go in looking for something to spend return money on from another purchase we weren't satisfied with.

I walked in the place and nobody spoke to me. They have the cashiers in the back of the store hidden by shelving of products.

Not sure who's idea it was to design a store where you don't see or greet customers when they walk into the store.

I say fire the store layout person.

I'm an honest person and could have walked out of the place with 1000s of dollars of merchandise.

Still, one overpriced store for most basic items.

Had some amazing cups / glasses to choose from which is what I went for. I liked the style so much the lovely employee helped me check out the full line and now I want the plates and bowls.
I ended up leaving with some salt / pepper grinders also as this is the first set I've found that have a metal grinding system (quality) instead of plastic. If your grinder doesn't grind anymore, and it's plastic. You have been eating ground plastic.

One of the best shopping experiences I’ve ever had! I would have gone in much sooner if I knew how helpful the sales people were 🙂 A wonderful sales clerk named Christopher and also a nice woman sales clerk helped me so much today- I will definitely be shopping regularly at the Monterey location- A++
