Very helpful staff that can help you make all the little decisions in the door buying process. A little tough to find so just ask anybody walking by in the parking lot and they will point you to the wizard of the doors himself.

We recently moved into a home with a unique lock and I needed to visit a specialty hardware store to buy a replacement.

Alum Rock Hardware, Windows & Doors popped up as close by and had great reviews, so I stopped in. I spent quite a while talking to Wayne who gave me a great education on lock types, showed me what kind of lock my home has and how to use it, talked me through options of replacing the lock and/or replacing the door, how to repair what I have vs replace, etc. I was so grateful for all the knowledge he shared and we ended up coming up with a game plan together.

It was great to find such a genuine, honest, and helpful company to work with. No high pressure sales pitch, just working with the customer to find out what they need and help them get it even if there may be other, more expensive, options that would benefit the company more. I was very impressed, and so grateful to have found Wayne and Alum Rock Hardware, Windows & Doors. I highly recommend them and plan to use them for all future door and window needs as well.

A little hard to find, but worth the effort! We learned so much about our door project because Wayne took the time to listen to us. He does all of the detail work on site. We look forward to working with him because he provides excellent service.

I have been struggling to find a replacement for broken legacy Baldwin door handle set. Wayne was able to find both new set and the replacement part.

What even Amazon couldn't find, Wayne was able to. Highly recommend him and his shop.

It's a local mom and pops store. They have excellent service and price is a little lower than other store. Only downside is they dont install. However, I got a guy (who's reccomend by Alum Rock Hardware) to install and worked out perfect. Ended up spending at least $300 less if I would have gone Lowes or Home depot.
