When we ran out of propane (on a Saturday!) Eagle Energy had someone at our cabin in less than an hour. Jack was friendly, professional and thorough. He checked all of our appliances and OMG. Jack found a carbon monoxide leak, probably saving my life. Get those carbon monoxide detectors people!

New customer with ER Energy in Quincy, CA. Tank delivered this morning. Field reps Dutch and Dustin were very friendly and professional. Seem to be quite knowledgeable and safety conscious. Also gave a safety orientation. Whole set up of new tank and removal of old tank took less than two hours.
Would highly recommend ER Energy to others.

Purchased our house a couple of years ago & thought about changing propane providers since I received many discounted rates for being a new homeowner. We decided to stay with Thompson Gas & we made the right decision. Last week we had an unknown propane gas leak & Dutch came out immediately and found the leak at the pipe leading into our house. He was very sincere & genuine as he helped fix the deflected pipe. Both Dutch and Jason spoke to me as a friend would speak to each other. GREAT JOB, THANKS!
