I ordered 50 customized beach balls for a local event, $80 for 3 day shipping seemed a bit excessive and approx 5-7 were leaking air but all in all it was effective. Thank you

EditedI was sent another batch, they made it before the event, however the quality is the same. Disappointed. I ordered squeaker balls for an event for my dog business. The logo on the ball rubbed off within 15 sec of squeaking the ball. This is poor quality and not dog safe. I messaged the company about this, they asked me to send a pic of 7-10 items that are damaged and I did and never heard back. Will never order from them again.

I ordered 1000 bandanas with a custom imprint on them. After a couple of tweaks to improve the artwork, I received an email which contained the Final Mockup of the artwork for my approval. It was exactly the way our organization wanted. I approved the Final Mockup, and confirmed the delivery date. After about 4 weeks, the order arrived one day early! Anxious to see the actual product, I immediately opened one of the bandanas. The artwork was way better than I was expecting, actually it was awesome! Then that "Uh Oh" moment occurred, the one word that brought the message, was omitted!
Even though there is a 100% satisfaction clause, there's not enough time to reorder and get the product in time for the event, nor find a vendor who could meet the short turn around. We came to an agreement on a partial reimbursement, and our organization is working on how to still use the product. The product quality was excellent. The quality control needs some major improvement!

Item was great. Unfortunately the company made an error on their website as to the price. They asked us to pay the larger, corrected invoice, which we did, but it was THEIR error so they should have honored their original, stated price.

We ordered the empty plastic eggs with our imprint on them. They came quickly and correctly. We filled them with small candies and an inspirational message (think fortune cookie) and put them in wrapped basket to use for Easter Eggs hunts at the nursing facilities our home care business services. The customer service was outstanding in that they quickly answered our question. I would highly recommend and will order again. Thank you Promotion Choice for a job well done!!
