The staff here at 1:40 today were amazingly wonderful. There were a slew of people, like 15, and there were only two of them but they smoothly and professionally handled the crowd. They were efficient and still engaging and nice! There was a little bit of a wait but not much at all! I expected to have to wait forever because of all the people ahead of me, but I didn't! They were a well-oiled machine and worked together to get everyone's orders out! I am so impressed!

First time at a Pieology. I would have to say I like the crust options and the drink selection. I only saw one sauce but there were many cheeses to selet from. I was given a number for my table and they brought the pizza out to me when it was ready. The pizza was delicious.

The pizza was great, but I almost didn't stay to get it after what I observed. To start, I waited a good 3 minutes before even being acknowledged. I dont expect you to drop everything to wait on me, but a nice "we'll be right with you" or "welcome in" would have gone a long way. As I was ordering my food, the kid making my calzone had to keep stopping my order to stair at each new text message on his watch. At least 3 times during the making of one calzone. He also did not know basic food safety protocols like not touching your face and hair, not touching the register and then the pizza box, the cutting of pizza after touching non food things, etc. To top it all off, I was there about 40 minutes til close. I understand you want to be done with your shift and go home, which is why I would not be there in the last few minutes, but this was not that. They had already mopped the floor, which I dirtied and felt bad about, but again, you're still open for another 40 minutes. I used the restroom and the floor was even more wet in there. Huge slip hazard, I'd be afraid of getting sued. It just doesn't seem that they have any sort of standards or training in place. At least not at this location. I will say, the pizza was good though, and cooked perfectly. 5 on food, zero on everything else.

I brought some work friends here for lunch because one of them recommended the place. The customer service was perfect and so was the pizza. The BBQ chicken with jalapeños had the perfect amount of spice. I love looking forward to leftovers.

Jo Jo has the best customer service skills I've seen in a long time. Many front end staff could learn something from her on how to help customers. Food was very tasty too!

Absolutely divine. Without exception, the best pizza I've ever had. The crust (the rising one) was crispy and fluffy in all the right places, with extra sauce to my tastes, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Considering they were working on Christmas Eve, I commend them for even normal customer service, but they were stellar and we shared quite a few laughs as it was my first time at their restaurant.

I love Pieology but this location is so cheap. Every time I come here they get cheaper and cheaper with their ingredients. Today I had about a 3 inch ring of crust around the pizza because they only put a tiny bit in the middle. They try to make the pizza look big by giving you a lot of crust, but no Ingredients/ toppings. The last time I was here I just chalked it up to a new worker but now it’s every single time they get worse and worse. I have gone to other locations and don’t have this issue. I would not recommend coming here especially if you like Pieology.a
