I have a sewer backup situation last month that damaged my drywalls and hardwood floor ?. The condition was unbelievable bad with all the smell and waste from the sewer that made the place unlivable?.

OCC911 came quickly and assigned a great team to handle the situation?. Mike Dies was the lead?. He and his team understood our frustration and promptly coordinated with specialists from demolition, drywall to hardwood floor and painting, cleaning staff to ensure that we can get back to our home as soon as possible. Mike also made sure we are happy with the works and kept asking his team to do many adjustments until we are satisfied.

Horrible experience with OCC. We we’re recommended to them by A Ray of textiles and it has been the biggest mistake to hire them. We had water damage in November and we are now in March and nothing has been done. They took a 50% deposit (28,000. Dollars) from the insurance claim and have done nothing. Please be very careful and don’t use this company. The pictures below speak for themselves.

STAY AWAY!! I will be placing my documentary on social media soon with pictures and all communication and recordings. Be careful. This is a horrible company that’s does shady work. They received $212,000 dollars to do my home and my house looks the same. At best new paint, and electrical. They convinced me to tear sour my plaster walls to replace with drywall. Can you imagine the funds that got from that. Please believe every bad review. They flood the internet after every bad review with good ones. Same on the BBB. You will regret using them. Feel free to reach out to me to see proof or wait for my documentary. Please tread lightly. I don’t want anyone to go through what I did for a year and a half. Oh and lastly, when they gave me my home back, my pipes were stolen and they said it has nothing to do with them/ and I was on my on.

OCC911 was one of many companies that showed up to offer their services my first initial response was to push everyone away after realizing that I needed help navigating through this I was able to speak with a representative named Mike he was very informative and helpful.
Charles was the gentleman that helped us with going through the stress and headaches fighting with our insurance company OCC911 was able to get the amount of money needed to get my house repaired
RAY was fantastic he truly stood by my side throughout the construction aspects he kept me and my husband from loosing our sanity extremely honest , positive and informative

Not as good as they talk. Once construction started the only time one of the supervisors showed up was to get money and almost all of their crews are Hispanic and all of them claim to not speak English. So if you have any questions or concerns you have to call and leave a message and wait for someone to call back and by that time the work you wanted different is done and they want more money to change it to the correct way or the way it was before the damage. They will remove and replace things that weren't damaged so they can get every penny out of your insurance.

During our worst experience of our home going up in flames these guys were right on top of things, especially Ray. He was extremely informative and extremely knowledgeable helped us through the process and assured us that I would home would be better than it was before the fire.
