I'm getting ready to build my own BBQ Island so I did price comparisons for BBQ Island components (Blaze Grill, Griddle, Refrigerator, Trash Drawer, Storage drawer, Summerset Pizza Oven, and a couple of double door access doors) from a variety of BBQ Island businesses online. I wanted to find a business within 50 miles from Fontana, CA. I found Islands in the Sun and decided to email them my list. Pete DePalma responded quickly and said he would send me a quote. His quote was about $1800 less than other competitors. I was a bit skeptical, but I took a chance. Pete said I would have everything by a specific date. When that date came, he communicated with me to say a few of the components were on back order due to COVID-19 and I would get everything within a week. I'm not going to lie, I was a bit concerned but a week went by and he texted me that he would be delivering the next day. He delivered almost everything, but he was still waiting for my grill and 2 access doors. A few days later, he texted that he would be delivering the rest of our items. As promised, all my items were delivered personally by Pete. I was not disappointed! I wholeheartedly recommend this small business who is professional, courteous, and dependable. Thank you Pete!!!
