Danny and Debra always went above and beyond to help us in any way they could on regards to our kitchen remodel. He made everything simple and always kept our budget in mind. We asked him to make quite a few changes from the original plan and even asked for help with other small projects around the house and Danny & Debra always accommodated in any way that they could. I am very happy with the way that our kitchen turned out. All of the work was done carefully and precisely and they made sure to protect the areas of the house that were not being worked on as well. They are a very reliable and honest team and I would highly recommend them for any projects you have in mind.

After we purchased our home, we had several different projects we needed to complete. Danny and Debra are so meticulous in all they do. The discussions before the project, the paperwork, their prep time, and clean up were evident of their work ethic. They are true experts in remodeling and providing the correct fixes with out taking shortcuts. They are on the job everyday, checking in with communication that makes you feel confident in all they are doing. I can't recommend them highly enough. After going through multiple contractors for estimates for my kitchen and bathroom remodel, I couldn't be happier that I went with 1st Choice. Danny and Debra have went above and beyond to accommodate myself and my family with all our request and have provided more a personal touch.
The project was delivered in full and on time, they were clean, attentive and answered all our questions while keeping us up to date on work schedule. They weren't the cheapest but also weren't the most expensive quote out of 3 companies that I've checked.

Danny of 1st Choice Builders built my JADU. It was difficult to choose a contractor without a reference since I didn't know anyone who did similar project. I contacted around 20 contractors over two years periods before I decided to do business with Danny. His price was in the upper half of the ~15 estimates we got. But I liked him as a person of character to do business with since he was willing to educate us and he wasn't pushing to sell; which is rare in America. Moreover, his payment plan was per inspection completion, so that we knew he would do a great job. He also advised us on various items such as AC size from 1.5 ton to 2 tons, ways to make the place soundproof, ways to use the exterior door without cutting the beam to name a few. I never felt pressure by him for minor changes and price was not bumped up at all. Furthermore, to this day Danny returns my phone calls. Overall, I highly recommend Danny and Debra they are a great team.

We had a great experience with Danny and the entire team. We started with some roof repairs and they continued to help with all concerns we had in the backyard, including design. We've been putting off remodeling our bathroom for years and Danny and team made it so easy to finally do. He helped with all the decisions to get started quickly, which was the biggest help of all for our first ever remodel. We love the final product - it looks just like the design! 1st Choice Builders did a master bathroom/bedroom for us and it was a great experience! We love how it all came out. The team was fantastic to work with, responsive, helpful and professional. They are trustworthy and do high quality work for a fair price and they will make it easy on you by being organized and on top of things so you don't have to be.
