Fast, great work, unbelievable price for the project that was bone. My property is hilly and they did a great job. Mike was very professional. I could not get to areas to remove the old fence in a few spots so they did without fuss and charging more. Did a 6 foot privacy and a 6 foot chain link.

Fence was completed quickly. Office staff very rude when I called to make a payment. I wanted to verify that they were going to apply my payment correctly as they never asked me for my name or address. Person answering phone kept speaking to someone in the background sounding as if I was bothering them. I let them know I am not sure what the animosity is for but if I am paying $2K I would like to make sure my payment is being applied correctly. I work in accounting and I know how errors can happen not intentionally of course. Also, if you pay with CC there is a 3.5% charge and they will round up for your payment. No, a few cents wouldn't ordinarily make a difference but they do when you are blatantly rude.

Had these guys build a fence for me. Did a payment plan and their own secretary forgot to reach out to collect final payment without completing everything we had talked about prior to the fence being completed. Took them upwards of 9 days to finish and they blamed me for not paying them… all whilst my wife and I had just had our first child sometimes people get caught up with life and the point of having a secretary for billing is to do your job and reach out when things are due. Now when I reach out to have something done for the lackluster work they did no one reaches back out. I’ve texted and called and nothing. ‍♂️

My experience with Independent Fence and Construction was excellent. We rented a storage unit from this company for 2 years and their staff has always been professional and kind. It is hard to find good customer service these days, but this company has always been responsive and personable. We will definitely use them again in the future!

Awful business, very rude and will scam you when they can. Highly advise using any other storage place than this one and do not reccomend the auto draft for payments. Office lady wrote down my card info wrong, waited til the end of the month to notify me that my payment wouldn't go through(due on 1st but called me on the 23rd?) then when I went in to the office to pay in cash and check my card info, they charged me $10 for a late fee when my last four on my card was recorded incorrectly not once but twice by the office lady and somehow that is my fault? Guess that's how they do business and make money, be cautious as I will never do business nor recommend them to anyone in the future.

Called for a fence quote and lady was so rude! Acted like I was bothering her. She told me she didnt have time to discuss prices because they closed at 5 and she had to go pick up her kids and husband. Well I called Integrity fence and had my yard done in a week. $1300.00 well spent! Independent needs to fire their office staff. Losing them a lot of business!!!

I would not recommend this company to anybody. We have been doing business with them for almost 20 years and have pd lots of money I called last week all I need is to get my gate put back up. Easy job was told it would be next week before could get to it here it is end of week still no show. Michael Deason talked to my husband like dirt Wednesday called intergrity today and he will do it today
