We have used Pace Design for a couple of projects in the past, but most recently used them for our kitchen renovation. We are very happy with the quality of work and love our new kitchen. Pace Design has remodeled/updated both my main bedroom & guest bath(s) in my ranch home. Not only did his team do a fantastic job in regards to the project management and workmanship quality.........Tim was able to offer great ideas for the overall layout of each project before the work began!

We hired Pace Design & Construction to re-do our covered patio. This included removing an old fireplace and repositioning it, screening it in (including installation of a remote control screen door), installing heaters and updating the exterior. The result is a beautiful outdoor space with quality workmanship and an attention to detail. You also could not ask for a more professional team of workers.

Pace Design and Construction demolished and hauled away our old rotting deck and built a bigger deck with composite flooring. Tim Pace was easy to contact and always responded to our questions the day of. His crew were professional and helpful, and made sure our backyard was still safe for our 1 year old, even while they were working. Which is major bonus points in my book. Also, the pricing was the best out of all the quotes we received. Overall, our experience with Pace Design and Construction was great. We never had to worry about the project, even when changing some design pieces in the middle of construction. We love our new deck; the quality and style is exactly what we wanted. We will be using Pace Design for all our remodeling projects in the future!

We recently gutted a 30 year old house to renovate and update. We hired Pace Design & Construction for this project. The house looks amazing! The work was done in a timely manner and all the workers were great to work with. Anytime we had a question I would text or email Tim and always had a response in less than 24 hours. It looks like a brand new house and we couldn't be happier! Tim Pace was great to work with!!!

After seeing such great work done in our area by Pace Design, we knew we had to have them to work on our home. We had a remodel of two bathrooms and we were not disappointed. Tim gave us such great input and help to design them both and he did not disappoint us. They are beautiful and we are so happy with the results. We also had some other minor projects that we needed help on and there was no hesitation to get them done for us.. Tim and his workers are friendly, caring, creative and go above and beyond in customer service. We cannot wait now to do our next project with them.
