Island Marine did a great job of getting our dock back in place after hurricane Helene! Very prompt, courteous, and respectful of our property! We as an association would highly recommend them if you ever have a need for dock repair or replacement.

Tim and his team put in a floating dock for me earlier this year. I just texted Tim to let .him know that my little floating dock rode out 10 feet of storm surge during Hurricane Helene without incident. My house is wrecked but my floating dock is fine! Needless to say, I was very impressed!

Tim and Joni are great business owners. Tim built our dock several years ago and it still looks brand new. Well built and on time They recently came over a did some replacement work on a cable on our ski lifts. They were quick to replace and preformed a tuneup/ tightening on the lifts. Highly recommend Tim. He doesn’t do work that doesn’t need done. Will tell you the truth! Great people.

Fast response and very knowledgeable! We had a concern with our lift after the storm and Tim responded very quickly and came out to inspect the lift which he put in a couple years ago and helped out a couple neighbors with advice while he was here! Highly recommend!

I recently move to the area and had no idea of who to contact to repair the poorly taken care of boat lift that come with the house.
A quick google search and I found Island Marine Construction.
Tim, with Island Marine Construction; came out, took a look, and provided me with a solution that met my needs to my great satisfaction.
Tim addressed all items that one would be concerned with and even more items that would not be easily discoverable by the average person not familiar with boat lift construction, maintenance, and operation.
Tim pointed out the problems the lift had, the potential problems the lift had, as well as addressing these topics with the safety of my property, friends, and family being the top priority.
Tim also educated me on the operation and maintenance of the lift and reworked the lift to fit my boat.

Considering the high level of service, the pricing of the work done, and materials provided, I highly recommend Island Marine Construction.

Tim and his company found the best solution for getting on my boat from the slip. Instead of installing stair steps from the lift’s walkway, Tim recommended, designed and installed a boarding platform folding down from the catwalk. It can hold 330 pounds.

Great work and fast (I was receiving the boat in a week). Tim made sure that the lift was at the right specs for a Tritoon that was purchased. He contacted to boat dealer to make sure that he had all of the information to reconfigure a boat lift that was not set up for that type of a boat. He (and his crew) made sure that the boat fit once it was delivered and then came back and readjusted parts that needed it. They worked to get it right. Thank you!
