I just want to say how fantastic of a job Retrospec did in replacing our dog trailer. As you can see the seams came undone and sent them a picture. I’m not sure if I expected full replacement or just the canvas part. I heard back from them within 24 hours. A confirmation was sent within 48 hours and we had our new trailer delivered within a week. Thank you Retrospec! I will be ordering more from you!

The board from the beginning is the best. easy to inflate, fun to be on! Bought the electric pump and oh my, 15 minutes and it turns off by itself at the set pressure. customer service is the best. had a question and they answered it quickly!

Above and beyond! Zak at Retrospec was super timely and helpful in getting my issue resolved when my e-bike unexpectedly started giving me an error code. After a few back and forths sending pictures over email we were able to identify the issue and get it resolved. Thank you so much for the quick fix!

Absolutely phenomenal experience from start to finish!! Customer service was prompt, accommodating, and super helpful! I was purchasing a bike for my son (we live in the Midwest and he is in California.) Their staff helped answer my questions and made sure the bike was delivered to my son. He LOVES the bike! Ordered a SUP. It came and everything was great!! Used it no problems. THEN.... I saw they had a sale on insulated tumblers so I purchased one. So excited to get it. Well it was delivered. I should say I got a delivery and I was a very large package which I thought was strange. Picked it up brought it in the house and it was a toddlers tricycle. My kids are grown adults and I have no grandkids. This was not what i ordered. So I sent a email like the site said. Got a quick reply back that I would be getting a return label and the correct product with no additional shipping fee. Which was a pretty high price thank goodness. Well I have yet to get a return label. I called and left a message. I will be highly upset if I don't get the product I paid for. Company needs to fire the person that can't even fill a simple order. Should of known better.
Poor customer service contact
UPDATE....Got what I ordered and the wrong product back to them. They don't get 5 stars as I had to do way more just to get a product from them.
Update......my SUP that I bought and used "2" times ended up having a defective seat back that came with it. For support it has 2 metal rods that go up the back for support. Works great. Only problem is it must not have caught the fabric enough as it came through the top. Contacted Retrospec and was told they will let me know when it comes back in stock. Only problem is EVERYTHING for this SUP board is not in stock. None of the accessories and the board. I was told they do that until they receive all the products. They said for me to sign up for a email so when it comes it I will be notified. That's all good but I should be notified by them before it hits the public. They should pull it aside for me as it has a defect. I find it strange that all accessories and the board are not in stock. Usually means it's being discontinued. We shall see how long it will take. Contacted them on Sept 13. Was told that it is sold out for 45-60 days.I'm changing my number of stars to 2 until I get the product to replace the defective one. I'm glad it's the end of paddleboarding season or I would be very upset to have to wait so long to get a replacement.

Have some family who has gotten bikes from here and loved them so figured I’d give them a shot. Received the bike a week earlier than expected! It was easy to put together and then I took it to the shop to have everything tightened for safety since it’s gonna be a commuter bike and no one needs wheels flying off in traffic.
I’m an amateur/city biker so I was looking for something comfortable and light and this has been so great so far, I can carry it up three flights with minimal huffing and puffing. My prior bike was stolen and this has definitely been a fantastic replacement. I love it so much I took it for two rides the day I got it! I added some racks and pouches for commuting but this bike is light as a feather and rides like a dream. So worth the $500.

We have been so pleased with all of the great products we have bought and received from Retrospec. When 2020 hit, I could not find a bike trailer anywhere until I came across Retrospec, not only was it available, shipped quickly, but it was built so nice and still is holding up well 4 years later! The price was not astronomical, and I would say, was very fair during product shortages at that time! Fast forward to 2024, we needed to upgrade our girls bikes! This was such a fun process as they got to pick their own out online! The assembly instructions were clear and we are loving our new bikes! (I got one too and it's been amazing to have!) There was a small tear in one of the seats, Zak was able to help us resolve this issue quickly and efficiently! We now are thinking about getting new bikes for my younger 2 now because the quality is so good! Also, we love their helmets, I actually feel cute wearing mine!

I ordered two bikes, and a few accessories. Everything shipped in a fast, timely manner. Their customer service department is awesome. They respond quickly, and actually listen to your issue and resolve it. I contacted them about a price adjustment for one of my bikes. Zak in customer service answered my email quickly, and immediately took care of the issue, and followed up with me to let me know what action they had taken to resolve it. This kind of service is rare nowadays. I highly recommend them.
