One of the drivers drove me off the road on Kauffman ave with my kids in the backseat. It was a very unpleasant experience and he didn’t even notice when I honked and had to swerve away from his truck. I don’t appreciate the reckless driving on residential streets.

One employee (Kevin) was helpful at this place. It was obvious he was the only person going out of his way to assist customers. He was polite and knowledgeable. Many customers were coming into the store as we were leaving and we wondered how one attentive employee would be able to handle all of them. Driving to a Chico or Redding store is a better idea if you need irrigation supplies.

Unreasonable markup on product. I feel a business is entitled to make a profit, but 44.8% is gouging. Alsco paid their supplier $1.94 each and charged me $2.81 each. That a lot of $ for the box to sit in their warehouse overnight.
