We can say enough great things about TradeMark Pools. This being our 3rd pool builder, they are by far the most professional well organized pool company to work with building a quality pool. What impressed me was how customers oriented they are, it’s all about happy customers. Their design aspect, after support and pool maintenance after care are so impressive it makes them stand out from the other pool builders. Their service manager Steve and technician Mike are extremely knowledgeable and absolutely great to work with, as professional as they come.

Trademark pools did an amazing job from the design to the installation! This company nailed exactly what we were going for and we are already making memories and look forward to making more. They were clean, fast and let us know where we were at with construction every step of the way. What once was great is now trash. I waited nearly FOUR YEARS to write a review as to ensure they had time to make everything right. Once they wanted to do all work in house, now they contract out. They have had 3years almost 4 now to finish making repairs to my pool equipment and I have finally given up. Countless calls have been made, they almost never return a call, so if you don't get what is needed done at that time good luck. Hard issues I had was they did not install all tile for spill over and told me they did, only after I sent pictures did they come out to finish. They made my equipment pad too small and left out equipment I paid for. They pinched cables, had pool/spa heater base actually hanging off the pad ledge all to not re pour my pad. Then once they did re pour the pad(4th time they were to make things wrote over span of many months, which I was out of a pool filter), they didn't shift the pumps over, so still not enough room. I have so many right angles in the pipe system to get this too work its ridiculous. The only thing this place does well is take your money. Save yourself the stress and heartache, STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!

Ernesto, the project manager, was great. Answered all my questions and returned phone calls promptly. Beautiful end result. Jaime was also great. Company always responsive, with phone pickup consistently. Teams were well organized, professional, polite, efficient.
One star off because they only give you day-before notice of when they're coming. Scheduling is done by a separate person, so foreman only has one day notice. This makes it hard to schedule the rest of your life. But every company I reviewed seems to have similar complaints.
I would recommend this company.

Trademark replastered my pool and put in new tile May 2024. I chose Trademark as they were recommended by my pool cleaning service company and my pool technician. Gustavo, Mike, Stephen and their crew were fantastic! The office staff were also very friendly. I knew how long the project was going to take, exactly what was going to be done and when, and when each payment was due. Communication was on point! They called me and text me to keep me updated on every single thing. I didn’t really need to call them because they communicated so well and the 2xs I did call, they called me back right away! The crew cleaned up every time they came out. Everyone was so nice and friendly. My pool was done in the amount of time they told me. The pool tech came, started up the equipment and will now continue to balance the chemicals until my pool is completely back in business. I have no complaints and thank everyone for their hard work and making things so easy for me! Oh ya! And my pool looks great!!!!

The work completed was great and looks beautiful. If it wasn’t for lack of communication we would have gave 5 star. Salesman we thought was great but realized after we signed and gave payment he no longer responded to email or calls and we had to go through office. He also assured us it was only going to be a 2 week project. His exact words were “It will be the fastest 2 weeks that you won’t even know we’re there”. 5 weeks later the job was finally completed and that was after we had to voice concern several times. Workers are nice and respectful but just show up and leave whenever they want. We had to call and let them know they have to let us know the night before if they were coming out. Lastly they tried to collect final payment before job was completed which I absolutely refused. We did all the progress payments but when they asked for the final $1500 and had yet to do any of the clean up or finishing chemical balancing pool I had to say no. Besides communication that needs improved and typical salesman behavior I would recommend them. Gustavo is the best. Once he heard about our concerns he was very responsive. He deserves 5 star himself but overall company 3.

We are very happy with the service and workmanship provided by Trademark. Stefan was our first point of contact. He was very pleasant and made us feel at ease after going through a horrible experience. Our project manager Marlon was wonderful! He showed up on time and was responsive to our inquiries. As with any project it's expected to encounter some setbacks or hiccups. Ensure all is outlined in your contract and ask questions before you sign. Overall we would recommend Trademark. Thank you Trademark for taking over our pool project. We love our pool!

Trademark was excellent to work with! I highly recommend Ron and the team over at trademark. All of their workers were extremely professional and Craig is one of the best project managers in the business. He was very thorough throughout all of the stages and even saved me from having to purchase a new gate. Thanks for all of your help Ron, Craig, Gustavo and team. They also finished way ahead of schedule giving us an extra month and a half to enjoy our pool this late in the summer!
