Ok, first of all I'll admit I should have read the reviews before attempting anything. That being said, the staff is helpful if asked or they see you're having trouble. As recommended keep your tandems all the way forward till in the dock. You won't get in any other way. Take your time and get out and look at your progress. Try to be as close on the blind side as you can once you start from the street. It will help you get into the dock on the first go. As for helping these folks helped themselves to an insurance claim on my company cause they have their truck parked along that same blind side and they claim I damaged one where they had it on camera. I'll let my safety department straighten that out. Here's some pics of your view once backed into the dock. Enjoy

Delivered here, as previously stated it is a little tight getting in. In my opinion it looks worse than it really is so don't be scared. You will have to sight side back in from the street. This actually was more challenging than the blind side into the dock. It's a narrow street with cars lined up on both sides. To add to that a flatbed was unloading on the street with the buisness next door. He was great and moved forward a hair to give me extra room. Once backed in from the street you'll want to keep it snug to the wall on your right. Take your time get out and look a few times, and it won't be bad. I recommend having your tandems on the trailer forward for this. The staff was friendly, professional, quick, and helped spot toward the end. Definitely no overnight parking here. Again it looks worse than it really is, just take your time. Will deliver here again gladly.

This is a tight place for a w900L. GOAL as much as you need to. Friendly staff, not very quick in my case but ok nonetheless. Not much room for parking overnight though.

I agree this could be a rookie's nightmare backing a 53 foot trailer into the dock but if you take your time and G.O.A.L a lot it's really not that bad.
As far as parking for 3 trucks? I'm not sure where that other driver thought you might park 3 trucks unless you park them in the middle of the road? You darn sure ain't parking on either side of this road because it's jam packed full of cars!

This place is a rookies nightmare. Sight side backing off the street then a blind side to the dock. Doesn't help there's cars, box trucks and employees squeezing by that you have to avoid. There is room to fit about 3 trucks to park over nite but there's always cars on parked there along side the street. San Diego sucks

5-19-2019. Found this place to be very difficult to get into however the staff was very professional on helping drivers get into the establishment. Even helped unloaded when unable to get up to the loading dock.
