We hired Rapid Repair Pro to partially finish our basement. They did framing, rough-in electric and plumbing, insulation, drywall, ceiling paint, and new stairs for about 1400 sq ft. We felt the price was very reasonable, and they were easy to work with.

Jeff was the lead on our project. He was super friendly and did great work, and we really appreciated the professional advice he gave us for the work we’re taking on ourselves.

I would definitely work with them again, and I even recommended them to my parents. See before and after pics.

Jeff from Rapid Repair Pro completely redid our bathroom as well as installed two entrance doors on our home. Our older house provided him with lots of challenges, but he did a fantastic job. He always asked our opinion for how we wanted things to look and offered great suggestions and ideas for how to address some of those quirky issues that our home presented. I had an issue with my second floor bathroom leaking on to my first floor through my tile and called Rapid Repair Pro. Anthony got me a quote and a visit quickly and the owner, Phil, came out to see everything. Jeff (with some help from Billy) did an amazing job with my tile, fixed my light switch on the first floor, and much more. He was always on time and attentive, and I appreciated all of his hard work going up and down the stairs. Jenny did a fantastic job refinishing my tired, old tub which had many chips and stains in it. So excited to have my bathroom back leak free!

Worst experience dealing with this company. They didn't show up at the scheduled time. Called 2 hours after saying they couldn't make it. Did this for 2 other scheduled repairs. Charged us $1000 more than what they quoted me. The last repair they billed me for but "forgot" to do, then told me I had to pay before they sent someone back out to do it. Extremely unprofessional.

Rapid Repair Pro sent out a person named Bobby to help me with both a dry wall repair and we later added a paver patio repair. I think both of them end up being more complicated than he initially thought, but he worked hard staying late on his own time to help make sure that everything was right. I was impressed by him, and I would recommend him and the company for anyone in the future.

They do not have free estimates ($69), but the fee does go towards the cost of the job, if you hire them. We were promised a job that would take 2-3 days with a crew of 2-3 people. We ended up with a job that took nearly 3 weeks and only one guy doing all the work. AJ was great - communicated really well and did all that work. The home office, however, seemed a bit off their game. They 'accidentally' scheduled us for a start date, but then realized they had double-booked and our job was moved out another 4 weeks. All in all, a job that should have been completed by Mid-August lasted until late September.

Jeff came to the house to repair a sinking deck he did a great job, very polite and completed everything in 1 day. I would recommend this company to anyone.
