We have purchased stone from Modern Builders Supply a couple times so far, spaced a couple years apart. After shopping around on two separate occasions for our backyard remodel, they come in with the best prices. No joke, a different company was two times more expensive. On a large and pricy order, that makes a huge difference. Sales staff is always a pleasure to deal with as well. They are kind and helpful. We’ll certainly be back for more stone when we start the next area of our backyard remodel if they can keep it up with the competitive pricing!!!

We just got two pallets of quartzite stone to use as coping for my pool. Their selection of stone is fantastic and they were very helpful. The quartzite looks beautiful with the glass tile that we’ve picked.

Really bad experience I order my material whit alot a time in advance whit 11 pallets of blocks they deliver only one and they finally send the complete material 5 days"" late"" my company lose money whit them obviously they can't supply material to big proyets first and last time I do business whit them pd " thank you Moder Builders Supply you are the best in terrible service "

Inside associates are always helpful and patient. They carry a great selection of product. Last time here had a BAD experience with forklift operator who was rude. Only picking up a couple of pieces of stone to cap off some columns and he would not speak to me after I said hi and also when I said thank you. Not sure what his problem was but any human being that can not respond to a simple thank you, should get a job where you never deal with people. He was also rude to my wife when she pointed out a particular piece of stone she didn't want. I will go elsewhere for stone from now on.

Th best customer service time after time. I couldn’t be happier with a company. They also have great competitive pricing. Way to go guys!! We dealt with Myrna most of the time, but everyone there was always so willing to help and had a smile on their face.

Price was good. Communication sucked. I called after a week and they had no idea where my 2 HUGE packages were but next day they said "we found out it was shipped and is in phx and will be delivered tomorrow...3 days later not here and supposedly lost in PHX....No customer service.. NEVER AGAIN..

First time to Modern Builders Supply today and will be my new spot for stone, tile and brick. I talked to Randy and even though I was a residential customer purchasing only 20 sf of stone he treated me like a regular big spender. He took time to show me many choices and found 3 samples in my price range to take home. I will be going back tomorrow to make my purchase. Great prices, selections and customer service. So much better then the depot!
