I had to get Live Scan recently and searched up the closest place and Vina was there to help. The owners wife, I forget her name, was sweet and welcoming throughout the whole process. We managed to chat a bit to get to know each other so that was a pleasant experience. Not only does this location have LiveScan services but you can order medals and signage here. I found out through her that my school district orders their student of the month plaques here through our conversation so that was good to know. Overall had a great experience here on multiple occasions and afterwards, you got great food nearby to eat and drink.

I went and got a pocket knife engraved as a wedding gift. It turned out super nice! The lady was very friendly and patient. She helped me find the perfect font and gave me suggestions on the design. Love it!

I got my fingerprints done here and i must say Great customer service!!! Had a really good conversation with the owners, so down to earth and friendly! I was in and out in no time and left with a smile on my face from the quality of treatment i had just received. Will refer people and most definetly come back! Thanks again!

This place is a small family place. Van and her husband did a beautiful urn box and a beautiful plac for my mother when she passed in March 13 2021. My brother and myself were very pleased with the work done so we decide to have another done for my dad also. I would highly recomend this place. Vinas engraving your the best. Thank you for making everything so special.

If you want to do a fingerprint or live scan, go to the policy department.

This store is very unprofessional. They do not know anything and do not want to answer any questions. They just want to collect the money and finish the service as soon as possible. Very impatient! Bad customer service!
