Ridiculously good cuts of meat for prices you can't beat. Get something here every time I'm in town. This place could be in Minneapolis with the quality cuts and how well done the interior is. Great beef jerky and bacon too!

Saw a different review of the Bleu cheese and had to stop in to try it. It's amazing. Also the smoked Swiss, salmon spread and brisket bacon are fantastic! We will definitely be back

We have gotten several halves of beef processed here (pay the little extra for the maximize steaks option, it's worth it) and have been satisfied every time. Really like that they use natural preservatives and cures. Kevin and Fadra do an excellent job with any questions or issues I may have.

Such a clean and tidy store. Their steaks make great gifts for people who have everything. Their beef sticks are nitrate free and you would never know it. My dad swears by the meat sticks, and I have to buy about $100 of them before I see him (he shares them with his friends too). I love that they work with local farms also. The owners are very nice and responsive to email inquiries.

The quality of products here is outstanding! The issue I have is that I tried to order 12 Farmer’s Blend patties on 7/13/22 to pick up in two days. I was told that I would need to give them a minimum of 1-week notice for such an order. I wasn’t trying to order for a group of 100, it was a basic order for a small family gathering. I used to think of this store as a “destination place” that would be worth a 30 minute drive one way. Now, I’ll just shop them if I happen to be in the area.

Love there meat. staff very friendly and helpful!! Very sad that they cut their hours now. I don't know when i can go there weekly now.
