We received very friendly service. Rudy, our salesman, was very thorough in his explanations and was very accommodating. He took time to understand what we wanted and needed. Despite the fact that he is a Yankees fan, we would gladly come and buy from him and Valley Hi Honda again. There was no pressure from the sales manager. He gave us two great deals to choose from. We knew they were great deals because we had done a fair amount of research in preparation for our purchase. Basically, no haggling required. I will share my experience with others and will highly recommend Valley Hi Honda and the staff. Also, I love my new Ridgeline, Pearl. She is the perfect combination of truck and minivan, of guts and elegance. All-wheel drive, not too high off the ground, V-6 with 9-speed automatic transmission, tow package already installed, wireless phone charger, huge storage compartment under the truck bed, and other great features. Makes this lady very happy. Go Dodgers!

Excellent service I called got the same day appointment dropped off the car around 1:00 had the car back by 5:00 no charge covered under the warranty serviceman Steve was an excellent very professional I do recommend bringing your car for repair even if I had to pay prices were reasonable valley high Honda thank you You're the best I'll do my oil changes here from now on little inside joke by Steve. Problem fixed no more check engine light dashboard clear thanks again
