Nice park but it's inside of Spring Valley Lake private community. Not sure it's open to people outside of the associated community.

We were kicked off the playground and told that we would have the sheriff called on us because this is apparently a private playground for the immediate neighborhood. Absolutely ridiculous. Not a single kid playing here save for my daughter and we’re asked to leave because we don’t live in this neighborhood. The nearest playground is an additional 15 minute drive. Absolutely livid.

It was a great park to BBQ area. They have a basketball court to play games. There is a swimming area for kids to play in the water. On the swimming area there is sand and it's nice. There are bathrooms for people to use.

Nice park, next to security with constant checks to SVL cards. There's always at least 1 person with kids that "forgot" their cards at home but they get asked to leave.

If your a renter here, you can pay the $50 a month and get access to the park and lake like homeowners. Our dues are $135 monthly as homeowners.

Lighting is a little bad at night/ evenings.

Also, I saw a review mentioned the water park- that's Mojave narrows a regional park. That's open to the public with an entrance fee.

Very clean. Clean restrooms. A few picnic tables. Some pergolas and lots of mature trees/shade. 2 parking lots.

1. There is a dog park with separate areas for small and large dogs. Both provide "waste" bags w a trash can, as well as water fountains for the dogs. Picnic tables under pergolas for shade.

2. Full court, basket ball court with short bleachers.

3. Nice, covered playground. 3 separate areas for younger or older kids. Walking path/sidewalk around the playgrounds with benches for parents. Playground has woodchips instead of sand.

4. Baseball diamond with dugouts.

Worst park ever! my baby was very upset they had to leave the park because it's "private" ok then put some sign up and fence it up! I pay my taxes! I live 3 blocks from there and now my baby can't enjoy a park they want to play on because it's "private" all of a sudden with no sign or fence to let us know?!

I don’t like that it’s private and Victorville residents can’t share it. Especially the water park. There are no fun public water parks in the high desert that I’m aware of and it should at least be public certain days and times.
