After almost a year of searching for a reliable tech repair shop, I finally found AynaxTech, and they exceeded my expectations. My Steam Deck had a broken USB-C port caused by a fall while charging. I reached out to AynaxTech via email, and their communication was clear and professional from the start.

They explained that once they received my Steam Deck, they would need to order the necessary parts, which would take two days, followed by the replacement process. I appreciated receiving updates throughout the repair, including notifications when the device was received, tested, and after the USB-C port was replaced.

The repair was completed in just three days, even though this was their first time replacing a Steam Deck USB-C port. They’ve likely stocked up on these parts now, which speaks to their commitment to improving their service.

Since the repair, my Steam Deck has been performing like new. I’ve been using it heavily during my PCS as a member of the military, and the high-quality replacement part has held up perfectly. While the part isn’t an original, it functions just as well.

Very nice guy? and highly recommend. PS5 was having overheating issues. Found him online and told him about the problem. The very next day I got my system back with no problems or overheating issues at all. Very professional and knowledgeable....not to mention trustworthy guy. Would definitely go to him again and recommend others to do so as well

My PS5 had an issue with the HDMI port. The picture wouldn’t come on when turning the power on. Thanks to AynaxTech I was back up in 2 days. The service was amazing! If you’re having issues with your system I definitely recommend. You won’t be disappointed
