TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE from Cecy and the supervisor. I tried to do business with them because my property manager recommended them to me but all they did was make things difficult. If I was the owner I’d be embarrassed by my employees. Cecy was the first person that I spoke with and it’s too long of a story to go write it all out but let’s just say after finally speaking to 3-4 different employees on separate occasions, and then a manager Who finally on the second time that I spoke with her, told me that I could measure my own window and send them the dimensions. I told Stacy from the very beginning that I work 8 to 5 and then it’s hard for me to just take two hours off in the middle of the day to go and meet them at my house, so why wouldn’t she offer this as an option? why wouldn’t the supervisor manager offer this as an option because they don’t wanna help!

We had Victorville glass for two occasions within two months already and they have given us a satisfactory work. David, the supervisor and his team have been extremely professional and on point with both jobs. Also, being a retired veteran. This is a very patriotic business who cares deeply for our veterans and service members. I recommend Victorville Glass any day over any other company. They had the most affordable prices and the best work you can find for your dime. Thanks a lot David and your team. You’ve made my wife extremely happy

Really good work. The workers are pleasant and take pride in their craft. Genuine men. they replaced my sliding glass door and they did such good work I had them do my windows for the next job. I will continue to use them. I highly recommend them and they came in much more affordable than Vern's glass.

I got my glass for my dinning room table here, they had the best price, it was ready in 3 days and very well made, my toddler put it to the test and after 3 years it still in good condition!

David the supervisor has a attitude rude disrespectful and cocky. I'm a old guy had many windows replaced over the years and never had this kind of service.
What ever happened to customer is king.

I had a break in at my house. Luckily, everyone's safe. Long story short, the movable side of the window was broken so we were able to bring it to the glass shop. Because it was the Monday after the holidays, they were backed up but they were pretty sure to have it done by the next day. To my surprise, they called several hours later to tell me that my window was ready. I've waited longer at the DMV!!! The window was flawless. Needless to say, we were so happy with their service. My husband, who would sooner leave a complaint, said to me, "You'd better leave a good Yelp review. "
