Absolutely restaurant quality incredible Meat. Just like the name says Prime that's exactly what it is remember that you get what you pay for great quality is worth every penny to me. Danny and Beto are absolutely killing the meat game. A5 wagyu all the way from Miyazaki Japan. Stone ax wagyu Japanese cows raised in Australia unbelievable. This place is hands down the best meat market I've ever been to In My Life. Excellent customer service. And even more excellent quality Prime beef. They also sell chicken charcoal all kinds of stuff you need to have a real cookout.

Used to get my meat at grocery stores like Costco and Sprouts but not anymore. Every cut of meat I've gotten here has been amazing. Most recently I got their tri tip and was suprised by the how much marbling there was when I sliced it open.

Customer service has always been great as well, highly recommend!

I went in 1st time, started looking at all the meat. The prices are really good, the quality is better than average grocery store. Very friendly employees (the females smile and tell u about the specials! the men weigh out the meat and packaging it for u.) It's a clean shop. I'll be back for meat soon! I enjoy the friendly atmosphere from the employees most though. Thankful for good service these days!

Their meat and customer service go hand in hand we love it. Not gonna lie it’s pricey, but well worth the quality of meat you are getting. I always go for the Mexican skirt steak which is Arrachera seasoned steak or not seasoned for grilling and ribs cut down to chunks to make in a chile sauce. The best!!!

Meat here is so good! Great quality and great deals. I get all my carne asada meats, pollo, taco meat like pastor, beef, chicken. Everything is so good. Their Salsas make a great side and if you need tortillas, botanas, chips they have that too! I have never been disappointed and will continue supporting this local business! Give it a try! Para los que buscan carne de buena calidad les recomiendo esta carnicería. Si buscan alta calidad y buena este es su lugar! The girls and gentleman who have helped have always been nice and helpful!

You definitely get what you pay for. The quality and cut of their meat is definitely next level. Not all prime meat is equal in my opinion. I've purchased USDA prime meat before and it was on par with choice, even when Costco offered prime. The way they cut their USDA Harris Ranch sourced meat makes the difference. Even the lowest priced beef cut they have is super tender and works great for guisados. The carne asada cuts give great results as well. If you take your grilling seriously you should try this place at least once and let your taste buds give you the final verdict.

Picked up some high quality oxtail! The price was great and the service matched. Saw some great new york strips I'll be back for. They have all my favorite marinated beef and chicken cuts. Wall full of seasonings perfect for all bbq, and smoking needs. Check them out- you won't be disappointed!
