Ali and Ranna are two of the most rude and disrespectful people I have ever dealt with in business. They scream at their clients! And what for? Not because I was rude or disrespectful but simply because they damaged the home as well as delivered bad quality merchandise and ordered the wrong size cabinets. Ali denied his contractor drove on our lawn even after I provided him with video. He is a snake and will not admit any wrong doing.

Here is the video for yourself. Its been 7 months and they have not paid for the repairs. notice the driver ran over the yellow caution tape as we had just dropped $12,000 into that landscaping 3 weeks prior.

The homeowner is terminally ill and she is supposed to be enjoying her new home but the kitchen is torn apart and here we are 6 months later. They don't care, they seem to be waiting for her to pass away as they will not fix anything.

He’s been saying for seven months that he was going to repair or fix and pay and he’s done nothing except procrastinate waste your time.

The cabinets were created for a space of 109 inches we only had 108 inches so we’re squeezing tight for one extra inch and it doesn’t fit in the cabinets are not working they’re scraping up against the appliances. They took our cabinet tops and said they’ll cut them but nothing else? That’s shady but we still don’t have a cabinet tops.

This is a really nice store that has a fantastic selection of very high end items for your home. The workers were friendly to us we let them know we're just browsing. Don't look for prices you can Google most stuff at home and be sure you're sitting down when the price pops up. Well out of our price range. A faucet we like for the bathroom and we need two was $700. A barbecue I saw which was over the top cool super high quality was $14,000 is even better news when you look it up online there's another one that's slightly bigger that's $18,000. Very nice store.

I do a lot of remodeling projects in the Orange County area and RSSA is my go-to supplier. They are family-owned, incredibly knowledgeable, and have a huge selection and showroom. I have worked with the owners, Ali on several occasions and Ranna for the appliances and fixtures. I am always greeted warmly (sometimes fed!), and always find what I need, whether it is basic hardware or something more complicated and hard-to-find.

My first visit was 12 years ago when I was looking for a compact stove for a nearby renovation. I called my plumber and asked if he had any recommendations on where to look. He said, "go to RSSA, they have everything." He was right, they had one on display that I could take with me and I was ready to go. Over the next decade I've done many more projects with them and sent all my clients their way because I know they will get the complete service experience.

I suggest making an appointment because the home remodel process is complicated. I have been there from 1 to 5 hours based on the amount of product we're putting together, and sometimes require a few more visits. So if you're in a time crunch keep that in mind.

All in all I can't say enough great things about the store and the family running it. You don't find this type of business these days with everything turning very corporate and cold. It's hard to find salespeople with experience and true knowledge of what works in our industry. This eliminates a lot of headaches I've experienced shopping elsewhere in the past. Thank you RSSA!!

I’ve been a customer of this company for all my appliance and home needs (I MEAN EVERYTHING EXCEPT FURNITURES)since moving to my new home in Palm Springs area. I can't recommend them highly enough. Teresa Carabez has been exceptional throughout the entire process. Her kindness, professionalism, and availability have made a huge difference, even four months after my move. She always responds within 24 hours and provides fantastic support whenever needed. The management and overall service have been outstanding. Found myself in a pickle. The two major DiY companies weren't able to help so google helped me find RSSA. Great customer services and even more better selection. I tried pretty hard to resolve my issues with RSSA over the course of many months, and they just seemed to lack any will or interest in meeting the very basics of customer service. I don't like to write poor reviews, but I tried (hard) to give them a chance to come through. At this point I would feel bad if someone else had a $5,000 deposit held hostage for so long and I didn't share my thoughts.

This started with a nice meeting with Ali at RSSA about potentially getting cabinets and other appliances and items with them. I was asked to put over $5K on my credit card to hold as a deposit. I should have known better. I won't go into too much detail, but after deciding not to get cabinets with them, they tried to make us spend the money with them instead of cutting us a check or reversing the charge. They still have a few items of ours and will not give them to us or refund the money despite multiple email follow-ups with Jerry and Ali over several months. I'm kind of done at this point. Live and learn.

RSSA has got anything and everything you will need for your remodel. Their customer service is outstanding. A class act that is hard to find these days. They have everything from regular to very high end products. As always you get what you pay for. Ive had my kitchen faucet for 15 years and it looks like brand new. I have always been treated like a valued customer and would refer anyone and everyone to your store. The Brookhurst store will be lovely once its all set up. You need anything just ask for Dave or Ray. They and all the workers do the best they can to make sure your satisfied. RSSA is a top notch company in my book.
