He showed up on time, went over the project and didn't put any pressure on me. Any questions that I have, I can always text him and response are immediately. I appreciate the dedication that he put into his company.

We signed our contract and work began immediately. Any hiccup or problems or questions, he will handle it and take care of it for us.

Premier Builders & Hardscape has done work that exceeded my expectations. I'm actually a cabinet maker and do fine woodworking and know quality doesn't get delivered by just any contractor. After the first meeting with the owner Bryan Ha, it was obvious he would do quality work and deliver on time. His prices were reasonable especially considering the level of quality they delivered. My wife was even happy with the whole process because they efficiently finished the concrete work and all finishing touches in a timely manner.
Thank you very much Mr Ha, you delivered exactly what we discussed, and i will be referring my friends to you to have some of their projects completed by you. I'd always choose quality over lowest bidder. Eventually when we sell our place I'm sure this good work will actually pay for itself plus some.

Bryan Ha is extremely knowledgeable about all things landscape / hardscape. Our family moved into our home 1.5 years ago and the yard was an absolute nightmare when we moved in since we purchased a short sale. We had horrendous palm trees that hadn't been trimmed in probably 10 years, weeds growing everywhere and awful roots from disgusting bushes all over the yard. Needless to say, we had no idea where to even begin. During our first meeting, Bryan provided us with a virtual design that really helped us get a vision for what we wanted to do with our backyard and from that point on we were sold. Bryan was extremely flexible and drove to our house whenever we wanted to make what seemed like thousands of changes to fit our specific needs. He always had a smile on his face, was very easy to work with and usually responded immediately to phone calls or texts. Bryan made the process enjoyable, which we never thought was possible since we were so indecisive about every decision.

One of our main contacts, Fernando, was also a pleasure to work with as he was very reliable and dependable. He was our key contact on site once the project got underway. Similar to Bryan, we knew that we could text or call him at all hours of the day if we wanted a status update or if we wanted something changed.

Overall, this was an amazing experience. We are so proud to show people our yard because it is so clean and was exactly what we were looking for. We could not imagine working with another company for this project. Please do not waste your time meeting with other companies as it will be just that, a waste of your time. Premier is the one stop shop for all of your landscape needs.

We will absolutely be using Premier Builders and Hardscape for our front yard in the next few months.

What can i say. Premier builders helped me from start to end. I am a first time business owner and needed to do some construction at my shop to meet city + state requirements. As some may know, this could contradict each other’s rules and regulations. Daniel Try was in charge of my project.

What made me decide to go with Premier was that i wanted them to come and check out the property prior to me signing the lease. The leasing agent had said the property was 1400 sqft, Daniel came in and measured the place and found out that the property was not as stated in the lease and was only 1120 sqft. This saved me $7,500 in overhead a year!

Daniel had helped me with all questions i had. I was stressed out because I really didn’t know what i was getting myself into, yet Daniel made sure things went smoothly and had me at ease. He made sure everything was up to city complaints, permits pulled for construction, made sure inspections were set timely as soon as construction was done so i can get my business up and going. He even communicated with me with every step of the way, plans, construction, times contractors will be working, when they were down at city hall, EVERYTHING.

I highly recommend Premier Builders for anyone who’s looking to remodel their home, or commercial!! Thanks again guys. Appreciate all the help and getting my business up and running!

Bid was very reasonable. Premier got to the job within a week and finished in 2 days. I asked them to redo my flagstone patio, add an additional cement extension and build a cinder block smoker. The workmanship was superb and results were more than I could have hoped for. Finally, they cleaned everything better than they found it. I will use them again and recommend them with zero reservations.
