When the Dash mat arrived right before Thanksgiving it had an issue. I contacted Seatz. The people were friendly and told me to take pictures and after working with them. Dylan told send it back they paid shipping both ways and made a complete new mat. I am very satisfied and would do business with them again

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY:
I would give this a no star if I was able. My fault for not reading the return policy. It seems to be a universal problem that the car covers order, may or may not fit properly which the company NOT only does not tell you this but does not stand by their product and will not refund you your money. I ordered a standard car cover which did not fit, not even close. I followed the installation directions. You would think that when you give them the correct information on your car that it should fit. WHY WOULD IT BE A HIT AND MISS I am going to call the Better Business Bureau, not sure it will help, but doing it anyway.

Ordered the Suade in Black for my 2013 Challenger R/T. Looks really nice. Nothing lines up though. I thought of trying something else but I would lose about $30 returning it after $10 restock, $10 initial shipping and $10 to ship back. Should've read the return policy first. I never would have ordered based on that alone. Definitely get your own velcro tape, the tape they give you is worthless. Overall, I wouldn't purchase again.

Ordered black. The nice side is gray. The black side appears to be the rough inside stitching similar to the inside of a shirt. I was going to use the gray side with the nice stitching and soft linear fabric but there is magic marker numbers on it. Going with the rough looking black side.
It was a gift. I'm not about to try to ship it back plus pay a restock. The money would be better spent on something else. Disappointed. See images.

I recently installed a black Dash Tech cover on our 2015 F150 Lariat and must say we are very pleased. The quality and fitment is 100%.I did use more velcro than supplied but am very happy with the price and results. The sun glare is definitely reduced, which is the primary reason for the installation. I have no problem recommending.
