Had a really great experience buying my first car here. Justin was very responsive over the phone and found me an answer to any question I texted him later on. He was very kind and down to earth too. When going over the finances and signing the documents Linus was extremely helpful, clear, fast and I felt secure that I was only paying what I needed to. Overall, terrific service, looking forward to popping in to say hi next time I'm driving through Valencia.

I always have a great experience at AutoNation Ford in Valencia. They've kept my 2013 F-150 w/ 225000 miles running great for years. I just had a lot of work done on it and it's like new again. The customer service is great and the work the do on my truck is the best. A very happy customer here. Morgan and Sam in the service department are my go to people. They're ALWAYS very helpful. First I’d like to say they fixed my car quicker than I thought. My complaint is the promises they did not fulfill. My car which is 1 1/2 yrs old would not start go into neutral etc… and I could not drive it due to a 12volt battery being dead (found out after service) it is a mustang mach E. They could not tell me how to get it onto a tow truck… I had to show the tow truck driver a you tube video that I found after waiting for the dealership to call me back with no results. The dealership said that they would have a car for me by Monday since I drive for work, I need to have transportation. They never called me… when Tuesday came (without a follow up from the dealer) I called and asked about my car and the rental. My car was going to be ready in an hour when they called me back later that day. He asked me if I would like a car wash. I said yeah that would be great! He said no problem give me an extra hour. I picked up my car 2-3 hrs later and it was not washed. It just added to the disappointment of poor service. Hopefully this review helps you. They failed to deliver on expectations and then promise random things without fulfilling. I would have been fine without wash expectations and I would have been fine if they said no rental would be provided so I could plan ahead without being inconvenienced, even though my car is practically new and it should be covered. I was just trying to get to work with minimal issues. And the fact that no one knew how to get my car onto a tow truck with a dead battery and a dead 12V battery was kinda ridiculous…in all if there was another convenient area to service I would much rather use them…

I purchased a car from this dealership over Memorial Day weekend, but unfortunately, they didn’t detail it, claiming they couldn’t because it was the weekend. I also mentioned an issue with one of the car’s sensors, and they assured me it was covered, saying it just needed to be cleaned. However, after further inspection, it turned out the sensor was actually broken. I have proof of texts and reached out multiple times, but they always had excuses, with Elias, Nick and Muhammad involved, while the general manager, James, was constantly ‘on vacation.’ Despite their initial promise to cover the repair, all of them stopped responding to my calls and ignored the situation entirely. Beware – they only care about making the sale, not about following through on their promises or customer service.

The service here is great. You are assigned an advisor but anyone can really help. Morgan kept me updated and sent pictures/video of the vehicle inspection. Great communication! I bring my car to the dealer for even oil changes. The team is fantastic.

Gregg at AutoNation Ford Valencia was very helpful in setting up my appointment after two other Ford dealers told me they could not help me. On the day of my appointment, Gregg assisted me upon arrival. The work was done efficiently and within the time frame that I was told it would take. I would return there for service despite the hour drive it took rather than the local Ford dealer who would not help me. Thanks, Gregg for an enjoyable experience.

I recently leased a vehicle from this dealership. I’m a long-time Ford customer, but this was my first time doing business with AutoNation Ford Valencia. Leasing was a very pleasant and hassle-free experience thanks to Willie Dalgan in the sales department. I came in wanting to look at two specific vehicle models, but I ended up leasing a totally different model that Willie suggested based on my needs. He provided the best customer service I’ve ever received at a dealership. My family and I are really happy with our new vehicle!

It was time for my wife and I to turn in our leased 2021 F-150 over the New Year holiday. We fortunately ran into Paul Manticone at our local Ford dealership and, although there were few comparable trucks anywhere in Southern California, he was able to not only locate and have one delivered but to put together a lease that worked for us. We really appreciated Paul's extra time and effort in this process and certainly recommend him and Autonation Ford Valencia.
