I received Great Customer Service at AutoNation Honda. Brandon was very helpful. Kept me updated on when my auto would be ready. Also, the gentleman at the Cashier's Desk was very helpful and explained several items to me. There was a line while waiting for my car to arrive and the Cashier helped with delivering cars to waiting customers. Both employees are great representatives for Honda!

My husband and I went to look at new car leases. We met with Steven and had the best experience. He was kind, patient, and very helpful. We also met with the manager when discussing leasing options and we were also met with kindness and helpfulness. Both Steven and the manager answered all of my questions thoroughly which assisted with my decision making process. After meeting with them, I felt very confident about my car lease. Would definitely recommend!

This was my first time visiting your service department for a used CPO Passport I recently purchased from another Honda dealer quite far away. It was a very positive experience. Curtis Knauss the service writer and Eduardo Ramirez the tech were absolutely awesome! They were both professional, knowledgeable and very helpful. I would highly recommend this dealership.

Anytime we go to AutoNation everyone is very nice and helpful. This time Zachariah helped us and he was great. Very nice. He gave us the info and told us what was needed but wasn’t pushy about us getting the recommended work done. He texted and kept us informed on the progress of the work being done.

From the minute I called to schedule an appointment, the representative (Nikki) that took the call. She was very pleasant and scheduled my appointment for the next day.

The technician "Chance" that greeted me at the service center was professional and explained the process, and less then 30 minutes the vehicle service was done.

I highly recommend Valencia Honda service center , and will continue to take my vehicle for all my service.
