We walked into Sit & Sleep with zero expectations and left with a fantastic hybrid mattress!

Loretta approached us almost immediately in a very non-pushy, super friendly way. She had us take an assessment as well as have us lie on nearly a dozen different mattresses.

Their prices are truly the lowest, even during a holiday sale and the amount of time spent with us was mind blowing.

Go see Loretta. Fantastic personality, great sense of humor, and knows her stuff!

I purchased a mattress and bed foundation with slates back in December 2023. During the purchase I asked the representative multiple times if it was okay to purchase a bed foundation with slates versus the typical box spring and he reassured me that it was fine (I had only ever used box springs before). Within a couple of weeks my mattress began to sink on the bed foundation with slates. Sit n sleep sent someone to look at the mattress, it was indeed sinking and they approved me getting a new mattress as long as I paid for the shipping fee.
I received a new mattress, different brand, and AGAIN the mattress soon began to sink. I spoke with customer support (after multiple calls of arguing my point) and they agreed that the foundation that I had purchased with the slates was not recommended and able to support the mattress, and so they sent me a box spring free of charge comparable to what I had purchased to try and fix the situation. I received the new box spring and gave it a couple of weeks to see if the mattress would rectify itself. It did not. Sit n sleep sent someone else to check out the mattress and they verified that it was sinking and I was authorized to receive a new mattress free of charge which I am currently using as so far has been fine.
I am writing to let you know my experience because even though I did receive support from customer service, the whole experience was extremely time consuming and frustrating.

Such an amazing experience at Sit 'n Sleep with Loretta helping us find the bed of our dreams. She was patient and knowledgeable as we tested out various beds and was quick to identify our likes as well what wasn't you going to work for us. She even stayed late to give us time to make the best choice at the best price!! At the end of the day, we are very satisfied and most likely wouldn't have purchased without having Loretta guide us. Thanks Loretta for being so amazing and making us loyal customers for all of our future purchases!!!

Mark was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the different mattresses that were in the showroom. He was patient with us and helped entertain our preschooler while my husband and I were trying the different mattress options. I also appreciated the fact that his priority was selling us the best mattress for our needs. Overall, he made the mattress shopping experience a pleasurable one.

We just bought a new mattress at Sit n Sleep. It was an all together good experience!
Brian Jens was our very helpful associate. I had a lot of anxiety picking the right mattress due to hip pains that woke me up all night from my previous mattress. Brian was very patient and helpful guiding me to the correct one; there were actually 2 that it came down to but he patiently allowed me to choose the correct one.
The mattress was delivered the next day! The delivery crew was amazing. They took care with our property and were fast and efficient, despite delivery location being on the second floor.
This is only the 2nd day with the mattress but I didn’t have hip pains through the night!! First day I did but Brian did warn me that there would be an acclimation period.

It’s always been the only mattress store that I go to. As expected, I received an excellent customer service. No pressure. Brian Jens let me take my time to decide and at the same time he gave me some good advices. I was looking for extra firm mattress. Choosing between two mattresses was tough but I took my time and decide own my phase. ? Great customer service makes a huge difference in any businesses and Brian is a plus. With his friendly personality and very knowledgeable. They delivered my mattress the next day and I am very please with my decision with the help of Brian. Thank you.
